1. DESIGN & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• CAD Deliverables: All architectural layouts, geometric calibrations, and site patterns are provided exclusively in High-Resolution PDF format.

• Proprietary Source Files: Native AutoCAD source files (DWG/DXF) are the proprietary intellectual property of CentricPavers® and are not shared. We retain these files in-house to ensure the technical integrity of our custom MS Mould engineering.

• Design Fee: The Onboarding & Design Fee is a mobilization charge and is adjustable only against the first advance of a confirmed production order.

2. ANTI-ABRASION TOP LAYER®: GUARANTEE PARAMETERS

Our pavers are engineered with a specialized chemical-hardened surface. To maintain the integrity of the Anti-Abrasion Top Layer®, we require strict adherence to the following site protocols:

• Site Mismanagement: We do not extend guarantee coverage if the pavers are subjected to the scattering of raw aggregates, cement slurry, or construction debris over the surface during ongoing civil works.

• Premature Vehicular Movement: We prohibit vehicular traffic (including light machinery) on the paved area for a minimum of 72 hours post-installation or until the sand-filling process is fully stabilized.

• Mechanical Damage: We do not cover scratches or pitting caused by dragging heavy steel shutters, scaffolding, or sharp-edged construction materials under our abrasion warranty.

3. INSTALLATION & SUB-BASE SPECIFICATIONS

• Joint Width: We mandate that CentricPavers® be installed with a uniform gap of 3mm to 4mm. This is critical for stress distribution and to prevent edge-chipping during interlocking vibration.

• Bedding Material: We strictly require the use of washed river gray sand for the bedding layer. We prohibit the use of stone dust or crushed dust, as it retains moisture, lacks drainage, and significantly increases the risk of structural failure and efflorescence.

• Joint Filling: We advise that only dry, fine-grade silica or river sand be swept into the joints.

4. EFFLORESCENCE (NATURAL PHENOMENON)

• Efflorescence (a white powdery deposit of water-soluble salts) is a natural occurrence in all high-strength cement products.

• This is a temporary aesthetic phase and does not affect the structural strength or the Anti-Abrasion Top Layer® of our SmartPavers®. It typically disappears with natural weathering. We do not accept rejections or claims based on efflorescence.

5. PRODUCTION & CURING

• As we utilize OPC 53 Grade Cement and 3500 PSI Hydraulic Press technology, our pavers require a mandatory curing period. We provide delivery timelines as estimates to ensure the product reaches its required strength before dispatch.

6. SITE READINESS & UNLOADING

• The client is responsible for ensuring the site is accessible for heavy vehicles.

• We require unloading to be done manually and carefully. We strictly prohibit "Dumping" or "Tipping" of pavers, as this will result in the immediate voiding of our edge-precision guarantee.

Please be advised that these Terms and Conditions are subject to periodic updates to reflect our evolving technical specifications and quality standards. We strongly encourage our clients, architects, and project managers to review this page thoroughly before accepting our formal Proforma Invoice (PI), Quotation, or releasing a Purchase Order (PO).

  Acknowledgment of Terms: Once any payment is transferred to our bank account or the billing process has commenced, it is legally understood and agreed that you have read, understood, and accepted the latest Terms and Conditions as outlined on this portal. These terms govern the production, design deliverables (PDF only), and the structural/aesthetic maintenance of our SmartPavers® and Anti-Abrasion Top Layer®.
